"Salem" Vet. of WWII, beloved husband of Margaret (nee Santoro), loving father of Michael (Denise) and Elizabeth (James) Lembesis, former husband of Ann (nee Rusetti) and of that union Salvatore "Butch" (Nancy), Sue Rezck, Ronald and Anthony (Gigi), grandfather of 15, great-grandfather of three, dear brother of Caroline (Santo) DeLuca, Carmen (Madelyn) Russo, Donald (Elizabeth) Russo, the late Jimmy, Theresa Truppa, Ralph and Jerry (Victoria), uncle of many. Retired Driver for the Chicago Sun-Times. Funeral services Tuesday, 10:30 a.m., at the Salerno's Galewood Chapel, Frank Reda & Son, Directors, 1857 N. Harlem Ave., Interment Queen of Heaven Cemetery. Please omit flowers. Visitation Monday, 3 to 9 p.m. 773-889-1700.

Was a great MAN.DENVER,WORKED WITH SAL,SR. CHICAGO SUN TIMES.WITH SAL JR 2,15,1971.556 W 103RD ST,GOT ROBBED,SAL GOT SHOT IN THE LEFT ARM.DROVE TRUCK BACK.SR,WAS LIKE A FATHER TO ME,SENT ME WITH SON,CAUSE I KNEEW THE ROUTES.
