Van Arsdell, Sachamayu Frank Passed away on February 23, 2014, in Children's Hospital, Oakland, California. Sacha was born on February 22, 2014. Sacha is the son of Dr. Kaitlyn Van Arsdell of Martinez, California, and Amilcar Amaru Choccata. Dr. Van Arsdell is a long-time resident of Naperville, Illinois, and is currently a resident physician at Contra Costa Regional Medical Center in Martinez, California. In addition to his parents, Sacha is survived by his great-grandfather, Dr. Frank Folk of Naperville; his great-grandmother, Sophia Van Arsdell of Urbana, Illinois; his grandparents, Stephen and Elizabeth Van Arsdell of Naperville; his paternal grandmother of Peru, and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins both in the United States and Peru. While Sacha's life was brief, he will always be remembered and loved by his family and all who cared for him. To honor Sacha, the Van Arsdell Family has established a fund in support of the residency program at Contra Costa Regional Medical Center.
