Ruthie helped me in very practical as well as emotional ways when I had no one else to turn to and was very ill. She was my rock when I was alone. I will be forever greatful for that. Ruthie reached out, calling me on a regular basis...a seeminly small thing but something that has meant a great deal to me. She was like a second mother. I feel very blessed to have had her in my life and miss her.
