Zwick, Ruth (nee Korach), beloved wife of the late David, devoted mother of Martin (Laurie Share) Zwick, Hugh (Katy) Zwick and Lori (Kevin) Miller, proud grandmother of David, Joshua, David, Ethan, Jeremy, Zachary, Matthew and Jake, dear sister of Gertrude (the late Joseph) Broner, Marvin (Leslie) Korach and the late Abraham (Joan) Korach, cherished longtime companion of Harry Krakman. Graveside services Tuesday, 11:00 a.m., at Shalom Memorial Park, 1700 W. Rand Rd., Arlington Heights. Memorials in her memory to American Cancer Society, 820 Davis St., Suite 400, Evanston, IL 60201, would be appreciated. Ruthie helped me in very practical as well as emotional ways when I had no one else to turn to and was very ill. She was my rock when I was alone. I will be forever greatful for that. Ruthie reached out, calling me on a regular basis...a seeminly small thing but something that has meant a great deal to me. She was like a second mother. I feel very blessed to have had her in my life and miss her.
