Ballis, Ruth (nee Magilner), age 75, beloved wife of Robert, loving mother of Dr. Edward (Dr. Debra Greene-Ballis), Linda (Jeffrey) Epstein and Ronald Ballis, devoted grandmother of Jason and Dawn Epstein, Julia, Jessica and Stephanie Ballis. Service Friday, 1 p.m., at the Weinstein Funeral Home, North Shore Chapel, 111 Skokie Blvd. (one blk. N. of Old Orchard). Interment Westlawn Cemetery, Chicago.
