(nee Haase), loving father of Debra Taylor, Donna Lewis, Diane (Steve) Armstrong and Dawn (Gerry) Puhrmann, devoted grandfather of Aaron, Matthew and Sarah Taylor, Ian, Alyse and Evan Lewis, Nicole, Christopher and Elizabeth Armstrong and Michele Puhrmann, dear brother of Beryl (late James) Evey, Carol (Rindert) Kiemel and the late Harry (Lenore), fond brother-in-law of Marcia (Patrick) Nolan, dear uncle of many. Former husband of Jean Wagner Norbut. Visitation 3 to 9 p.m., Sunday at Hallowell & James Funeral Home, 1025 W. 55th St., Countryside. Will lie in state from 9:30 a.m. until time of funeral service, 10:30 a.m., Monday at Zion Lutheran Church, 2nd & Grant Sts., Hinsdale. Interment Bronswood Cemetery, Oak Brook. In lieu of flowers, memorials to Zion Lutheran Church, Hinsdale or Marine Toys for Tots Foundation, P.O. Box 227, Quantico, VA, 22134 appreciated.
