Roxane Malo Obituary

I was shocked this morning when I read of Roxanne's passing. I knew the Malo family as a waiter in Northbook. Roxanne was one of the most exciting people I had ever met and she simply was in my mind this morning when a web search led me to this very sad news.

To the Gesualdos and Malos, loving family of Roxane,



My deepest sympathy to her family and friends for this great loss. Her presence in this world was a blessing. I will always be thankful for meeting someone so special so young in my life, showing me how important humor and optimism is in life. Thank you Roxane. God bless.

It was with much sadness that I have heard of Roxane's passing.



I had not seen Roxane in years, but even so, I recently found myself telling someone about the energy, wit and contagious laugh that she shared.

It is with the most sincere and sad heart that I send you this condolences for the loss of your dear Roxane. Words cannot express my sadness for you during this time.

I was shocked to learn of Roxane's departure from this earth. I just recently had the priviledge of meeting Roxane at the IAR Convention. She made such an impression on me with the presense she had in the real estate world and beyond. She was beautiful inside and out, and I am saddened by the fact that I will not have the opportunity of having her mentor me and get to know her better. My sincere condolences to her family and everyone that did have the opportunity to know her. She will always be remembered for the presense she had in this world and the impact she had on the people around her.

I met Roxanne only twice during a Real Estate sale. She made you feel at ease immediately. She was helpful giving me information for dog sitting, which was completely unrelated to real estate. She was beautiful, effervesant and will be deeply missed by all who knew her. My sympathy goes out to her family.

I can't tell you how sorry I am for your loss. Even though the past few years we have not kept in touch, the years I knew her at Sacred Heart with Erich and the first two years of high school, I can tell you that was more than enough to know Roxane and her vibrant life. She touched everyone that crossed through your family and will never be forgotten. I miss you guys and my thoguhts and prayers are with you all.

To the Gesualdo and Malo Families;



I was saddened to hear last evening of the unfortunate & untimely passing of Roxane. Having a daughter and wife of my own, I can not imagine the emotions you are going through. Although I have not seen her for many years, I can only take comfort that I was fortunate enough to have known and loved her as the truly remarkable, loving, and joyful person she was.

Roxanne was a beautiful person inside and out with a huge heart. It is a great loss for anyone that ever knew her. I had the pleasure of corresponding with her at the North Shore Barrington Association of Realtors while she was the president.

I had the priveledge of knowing Roxane for the past 7 or 8 years through her association in the real estate commmunity. As the chair of the North Shore-Barrington Association of Realtors, she brought fresh ideas and exuberance, always giving of herself for the betterment of the members and the community. Someone said "Many people will walk in and out of your life..but only true friends leave footprints in your heart" Roxane left many a footprint, and she will be missed dearly.

Don't think of her as gone away-

her journey's just begun,

life holds so many facets-

this earth is only one.



Just think of her as resting

from the sorrows and the tears

in a place of warmth and comfort

where there are no days and years.



Think how she must be wishing

that we could know today

how nothing but our sadness

can really pass away.



And think of her as living

in the hearts of those she touched...

for nothing loved is ever lost-

and she was loved so much.
