"Cookie" (nee D'Amora), beloved wife of the late Felix Tavolino, loving mother of Janice, James and Frank, devoted grandmother of Gennice, James and Anthony, dear sister of Rose Harley and Carol Amora, dear aunt of Dolly Zito. Funeral Thursday, 8:45 a.m., from Salerno's Galewood Chapel, Frank Reda & Son Directors, 1857 N. Harlem Ave., to Holy Family Church. Mass 10 a.m. Interment Queen of Heaven Cemetery. Visitation Wednesday only, 3 to 9 p.m. 773-889-1700.
