We will never forget Choci Rose. Whenever we would see her she always wore a smile & always had those around her smiling too. She was a very special lady & will be greatly missed. Uncle Lou, Angela, Eddie and Marina we offer all of you our deepest sympathy for your loss.

I was saddened to read of Rose's passing. My Dad knew Rose and her family as they walked to St. Valentine Church every Sunday as he was waiting for his homing pigeons in the yard on 13th St. Years later I learned that Rose was a cousin to my late high school friend, Shirley Siliega McGill. I enjoyed seeing Rose at St. Valentine's yearly dances. She was a warm wondeful person who, no doubt, will be missed by all who knew her. I am sorry for your loss.

Dear Lou and Ed and Family,
My heart goes out to you with the death of your beloved Rose. May choirs of angels welcome her into paradise, and may you find comfort in the wondrous mystery of Christ's resurrection. Be at peace. She was a wonderful, warm, and dear lady.
Love,
Gene

Dear Uncle Louie, Ed, Angela, Bruce, Marina, Aaron, Jessica, Nicole and Brittany-
Heaven welcomed another beautiful angel! We will truly miss Aunty Rose-she was a wonderful person! I remember what fun we had when Aunty came in with the kids when you were stationed in Michigan and Louisiana, she was on the go 24 hours a day. She had a heart of gold! I will always remember Aunty visiting my Dad in the hospital when he could hardly eat, she made him a corned beef sandwich (which he loved) and hand feeding him-she always brought so much happiness to others. I will remember her kindness, generosity, voice, sayings, etc.-I'm glad she was my Aunt!
Love,
Vicki, Boyd and Kristin

It's been so long....I have fond memories of Miss Rose teaching me the fine art of preparing cookie dough batter & still have the cookbook she gave me in 1973 when we lived in New Orleans. Lou, Angela & Edward though it's been many years I remember childhood laughs on Alabama Street & Miss Rose w/ a heart of gold who showed a little girl how to bake cookies & look at life just a little bit differently...

There are no words that I can use to describe such a "special lady." You have touched my life in so many ways and for that I am truly greatful. All I can say is that you sure know how to bring us all together. The last 7 weeks I have spent with you and your family have left such a great impression on my heart. I will miss you dearly.
