I, by accident, saw your dad's obituary. I am so sorry for your loss. You may not remember me, but I was part of the skeet world for many years (formerly married to Tom Moore of St. Louis). My prayers are with all of Ron's family and friends.

I am sorry that cousin Ronald has passed away. May he rest in peace and God Bless the rest of the family. So, you all know, I am the California cousin, daughter of Uncle Frank Zemola, Tess's brother.

My family and I are sad to hear of Ron's passing. Our thoughts and prayers are with everyone. Ron was a good friend to me and a great boss. We had a lot of conversations throughout the years and he taught me so much with regards to my career and with life. I will always be grateful for the opportunities I was given and for everything he taught me to make me successful today. I never forget the day I told Ron I was leaving to move to AZ and would be leaving the office. There was that silence between friends and then Ron said Jimmy go, give it a shot, if things don't work out come on back, you always have a place here. I never forgot that kindness he showed me. I also will never forget the years and years of conversations we had at 5am over coffee.
Rest in peace Ron, you will be missed and remembered for your kindness.

Beth, Mark, Wendi, Jerry, Heather. My sincerist condolences on your loss. I have been priveledged enough to work for and with your father for the last 16 years, I respected him immensly and learned so much from him. He was there for me professionally and personally. I will miss him terribly as each morning I walk in, I will no longer hear good morning before I even get all the way in the door, no more chats about our granddaughters that share the same name, Cassidy, showing each other their pictures, Briann baseball
updates, gas prices, sports, politics. These will now be memories I hold dear to my heart. I was always told Ron did not like to get to know his employees personal lives but over the years he took an interest in getting to know my husband and son's, inviting them to fish at his house, always wanting to see pictures of the fish they caught, asking how they were doing. I would like to think we were more than boss and employee, but friends as well. I will miss my boss, my friend. I pray each of you have memories to hold dear to your hearts and know that your father loved each of you more than you can imagine.
Rest in peace Ron

Ron you were a special friend! A man whom I have shared many emotions with over the 25+ years I worked for him. Someone I respected greatly and learned a lot from. He was part of my family as i will always hold a special place for him. I spent just about everyday with him for the last 15 years. Through some of the most difficult times of my life over the past several years he was always there if I needed him. At times to provide fathers advice and others to just be a friend. He endured some struggles with health over the last two years. He battled hard and never complained. Never looked back and powered his way forward to regain his health. Although his passing was sudden and unexpected I am blessed with the pleasure of knowing him! Thank you for all you have done for many people throughout your life. Although there are ties to Uncles,Fathers, Friends and cousins all whom have worked for him throughout the years he will always be remembered. I thank you my friend and hope that your travels bring you the peace that you deserve. Rest peacefully Ron you will be missed..
Condolences to the entire Molenaar family.
