Wow. Many of my fondest memories of Conrady involved Mr. K. Office aide fun times while he was principal and impromtu pizza party, free throw contests with him in the gym, coming back and helping coach the volleyball teams and visiting with him, tennis stories of him at the club meeting my mom, the humor and sarcasm that I enjoyed and always looked forward to from him. You will be missed Mr. K! Look up my mom and ask her to play tennis up there, okay? Give her a few pointers, would ya?!

Coach - You were a true inspiration to many of us, especially me. I can still remember you pressing your lips together with the most serious angry look on your face. It was normally because I forgot to box out Drago when Pringle was flinging 3's from the arch.
You were a great leader, mentor, and Coach....on and off the court. You will be truely missed and never forgotten. And as Deiner mentioned...OUR BANNERS WILL HANG IN THAT GYM FOR EVER!! WE will always be the Conrady Dream Team and you will always be the man that put it all together.
Thanks Coach K...for everything!

I LEARNED ALOT FROM COACH K. AS A BASKETBALL PLAYER AND AS A PERSON. I'M REALLY SADDENED BY THE BAD NEWS. ITS BEEN 22 YEARS SINCE I LAST SAW RON AND I REMEMBER HIM LIKE IF IT WAS YESTERDAY, THATS HOW MUCH INFLUENCE HE HAD ON MY LIFE. OUR BASKETBALL TEAM WERE CHAMPS IN 87-88 AND 88-89 AT CONRADY JR. HIGH, I'LL NEVER FORGET HIS WORDS "BOYS THOSE CHAMPIONSHIP BANNERS WILL HANG UP THERE FOREVER, YOU CAN COME HERE 20 YEARS LATER AND YOU CAN LOOK UP AND SEE THOSE BANNERS". THOSE WORDS I HAVE NOT FORGOTTEN AND NEVER WILL FORGET. JUST TO ADD A LITTLE HUMOR HE CAUGHT ME DRIVING A VEHICLE WHEN I WAS 14 YEARS OLD, AFTER THAT HE GAVE ME THE NICKNAME "SLICK". I KNOW HE ALWAYS TOLD THAT STORY TO THE STUDENTS AND PLAYERS THAT FOLLOWED. I KNOW HE NEVER FORGOT ME AND I WILL NEVER FORGET HIM. MAY COACH K. REST IN PEACE AND MAY GOD BLESS HIS FAMILY.

Hearing of Ron's parting has brought memories of a high school friend that only had kind words for me. My prayers for his family and those whom he touched deeply like myself. After so many years I still remember that funny smile and look when I had problems. He always had words of encouragement.

I worked with Ron at the Oaks. I have never met anyone who had such a positive out look on life. I will miss his humor, kindness, and most of all...his friendship.

I worked with Ron at The Oaks. He was fun to work with and would always brag about his kids. We shared stories about our hip issues and how young we felt. He was more than a coworker, he was my friend and I'll miss him dearly. My sympathy to Ron's family
