Ronald A. Ehardt, age 79. U.S. Army Veteran. Beloved husband of the late Joann (nee Pikul). Loving father of the late Jennifer Engelhardt. Cherished grandfather of Peyton, Colin and Meghan. Dear father in law of Joseph (Katie) Engelhardt. Fond Brother of the late Arthur (the late Florence), the late Judith, the late Joseph (the late Mary Lou). Dear uncle of many nieces and nephews. Retired from the Chicago Public Schools after many years of dedicated service. Funeral Chapel Service, Tuesday, January 18, 2022, 10 a.m. at the Richard Midway Funeral Home, 5749 Archer Ave. (corner of Lorel). Interment Resurrection Cemetery. Visitation Monday, January 17, 2022, from 3:00 – 8:00 p.m. For more information, call (773)767-1840 or www.richardmidwayfh.com Due to Covid-19 restrictions, masks or face coverings must be worn when in the funeral home. At this time our lounge is closed to food and drinks, bottled water is permitted.
