Ronald Derro Obituary

Ron was my neighbor who turned out to be one of my best friends. Ron was outgoing loyal and honest. I still think of him in my thoughts and prayers asking him to look out for me.

RON AND I WERE STATIONED IN SERVICE TOGETHER. I VISITED AND STAYED WITH HIS PARENTS WHEN RON AND I WENT TO HIS HOME ON A LONG WEEKEND. WE HAD MANY GREAT TIMES IN SERVICE AND A FEW NOT SO GOOD. WE HAVE STAYED IN CONTACT OVER THE YEARS AND I WILL MISS HIS CALLS, LETTERS AND VISITS. ALL THE BEST TO SANDY AND ALL OF RON'S FAMILY. RON WILL BE GREATLY MISSED. GOD BLESS YOU ALL. BERRY M DONNELLY

Greatly saddened to learn about Ron's passing. He was a great friend to our family. When my older brother Tom was away in the Marine Corps, surrogate big brother Ronnie would stop by and take my sister Rosemary, brother Michael and me to White Castle's, pizza, ice cream...etc. A true friend, keeping an eye out on his buddy's kid brothers and sister. We will never forget him or his great heart. Our heartfelt condolences go out to his family. Rest in peace dear Ronnie.

SO VERY SAD to hear about Ron's passing. Ron and Sandy were the nicest neighbors I had and he will be missed. My deepest condolences to Ron's family and to Sandy.
