Roman Nowak Obituary

I remember the time he took me fishing at Jackson park in downtown Chicago by lake Michigan lol we were trying so hard to catch a big carp. Or the time he left his lights on in front of Angie's mother and father's house and we ran out of battery we had the shake the battery to get the red firebird started. I remember the first drag racing track they took me to. Wisconsin Grove Dragway. Or playing Joe Montana on Sega Genesis an we use to have big competitions. I use to put signs on the wall about who i was going to beat that day sometimes i would win and sometimes i would lose but we had fun. U will always be remembered for the good times we had an for treating me like a nephew with respect. Even when i seen u at Bridgeview township u treated me with respect like if we were around each other forever even though we took are different paths in life. Thank u

Roman it has been almost a year that you have been gone not a day has past that I dont think about you and miss our talks. you were always there for me and I really miss that. I miss your random calls but I know you are listening to me in heaven when I want to talk to you. I have been to visit you and poppa too and plan to be there again soon. so please know you are always and forever in my heart. you were so much a like a brother to me and such a great friend that there are days that when I think about you I still cry but I know in my heart you are still with all of us one way or another. I do hope you and poppa are fishing and enjoying your time together up in heaven. Until we can all meet again. I will forever hold you and poppa in my heart.

I Love you so much will miss you so very much. But promise you I will help raise your boys to be great men. I will be there for them as long as I am. You taught me so much all of your life, even now it's taught me to be kind to people I love because you never know what tomorrow holds. I will always keep your memory alive. I'm shocked as I sit here and write this that my great friend is no longer there to answer the phone and just talk about random things like we did so often since I met him as a first year apprentice in local 281. Roman was a great man and the hardest worker that I have ever met. He taught me so much in the trade and gave me great advice in many of the happings in my life. I will forever keep him in my heart and I offer my deepest sympathy to his loving wife Angie and his three great sons that I know he loved so very much. I miss u Rome and I know that whenever the bears win the superbowl, you'll be the first person that comes to mind. RIP good friend
