Glick Sr., Roland E. "Ron" age 74, US Navy Veteran and retired Illinois State Trooper, beloved husband and best friend of Barbara R. (nee Sopron), loving father of Ron Jr. Roland, Robert (Donna), Debbie (Frank) Caruso, and Sharon (Bobby) Pieroni, dearest grandpa of Elleen, Gary, Ryan, Diana, Megan, Andy, Frankie IV, Cory, Anthony, and Michael, dear brother-in-law of Fred (Judy) Sopron, Matt (Pat) Sopron, and Ken (JoAnne) Sopron, fond uncle and great-uncle of many nieces and nephews. Mr. Glick was Commisioner of the Veterans Park District for over 28 years; He was actively involved in the Northlake Boys Baseball League for over 20 years; And he represented Veterans Park District Northlake Seniors Club and the Live it Up Club. Funeral Tuesday, 9:15 a.m. from the Cuneo-Columbian Funeral Home, 10300 W. Grand Ave., Franklin Park, IL to St. John Vianney Church, Northlake, IL Mass 10:00 a.m. Entombment Queen of Heaven Cemetery Mausoleum. Visitation Monday, 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. 847-455-1200 or 773-622-9300
