Grandpa Bob was the best grandpa anyone could ever ask for. I think he had a million grand kids because everyone called him grandpa bob. He was such a great person who could tell you stories for hours. I think telemarketers put him on the do not call back list because he would talk to them longer than they ever thought. He was always there for everyone when they were in trouble. He would share his last quarter with you if you needed it. I have many memories of going on road trips with him and grandma and doing things on the weekends. He woke up everyday and never rushed to get ready. He would enjoy his breakfast, read the paper, sing in the shower and start each and everyday like that. He was usually ready by 5pm…hehe. He always enjoyed having all the grand kids around and liked watching them be silly. He enjoyed mixing different flavors of chips and slicing an apple, one slice at a time in his chair. He enjoyed talking to everyone he met. He will be dearly missed by everyone especially me. I know he is in heaven talking everyone's ear off that he hasn't seen in a while and that's ok. We will be together again down the road and we will keep you in our hearts forever.
Love Kris :)

Jeff we were saddened to hear of the passing of your dad.Mr Bob cared deeply about Parnell and all the kids that lived on it,and if you didnt you better be ready to answer what you were doing there.I dont think Mr.Bob ever made it home for supper on time because he stopped and talked to everyone.Mrs.Yunevich I know you lost a longtime partner bet rest assure he is watching you and protecting the rest of the family. On a good note Jerry has his dad back and will be waiting for the rest to join him upstairs.

Growing up I had the honor to call him Granpa Bob. He was a great man. He had so many stories to tell that he could talk your ears off for hours ! He was so generous and would help anyone he could. I remember him bringing us a whole bunch of candy in a brown paper bag. He will truly be missed and even though he wasn't my grandpa by blood, he was still like a grandpa to me.

I remember Bob in many of the family get togethers at Norma's house. I saw the love in his heart for his wife and family. I know the loss and have felt the pain and sorrow in losing a loved one. I hope those memories you cherish bring you peace.

Bob was like a father to me. I knew him for over 30 years. Best thing I remember are the stories. OH the stories. I wish I could hear one now. I love and miss you already. Thank you for the gift you left me. I take comfort in knowing that I have my own special angel watching over me now.

Bob was one of my older brothers. He was out of the house and in the US Navy while I was growing up. I remember when his first son(David) was born. When our mother told me I was an uncle,I cried I was too young to be an uncle because all the uncles I knew were old men. We did not spend a lot of time together as I left chicago at 17 to join the USAF. He was my brother and I am proud of that fact. My prayers are with the Nellie and the family. I thought I was going to loose him three years ago, I am glad we did not.
God bless the family and grant them peace in this troubled time.
