Skiba, Robert A. "Bob" age 77, U.S. Army Korean War Veteran, late of Dolton. Beloved husband of June (nee Ingersoll). Devoted father of Debbie (John) Gannon, John (Carol) and Bob Skiba. Proud grandfather of Michael and Mark Gannon. Loving brother of Sylvia (late Ed) Kosiara, Donald Skiba, the late Joyce Wujek, Larry and Richard Skiba. Dear godfather of Susan Dunn, Kevin Skiba and Glenn Jercha. Fond brother-in-law of the late Emmett Ingersoll. Member of the Knights of Columbus Genoa Council #1659. Retired employee of U.S. Steel with 37 years of dedicated service. Visitation Wednesday 2:00 to 9:00 p.m. Funeral Thursday 9:45 a.m. from Thornridge Funeral Home (Janusz Family Funeral Service) 15801 S. Cottage Grove Ave., four blocks North of 162nd St. (Rte. 6) Dolton/South Holland to St. Jude the Apostle Church Mass 10:30 a.m. Interment Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery.
