Sammons, Robert J. of Addison, IL, Veteran of Vietnam War. Beloved husband of Tina (nee Koutoulas), devoted father of Michelle (Anthony) Antonson, Nicole (Brad) Reichman, Robert and Jaclyn Sammons, dear brother of June Troila, dear grandfather of Breann, Alexandra and Anthony Reichman, Gianna Alesia, Chelsea and Mason Antonson, Alec and Andrew Sammons. Funeral Monday, 9:30 a.m., from Salerno's Rosedale Chapels, 450 W. Lake St., Roselle (3/4 mile West of Bloomingdale/Roselle Rd.), 60172, to Chapel Service 10:30 a.m. Interment Queen of Heaven Cemetery. Visitation Sunday, 3 to 9 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations to Addison VFW Post #7446, appreciated. For info 630-889-1700.

Tina, I was saddened to hear that Bob had passed away. He was a wonderful friend when we worked together and it is unfortunate that we lost touch over the years. Your family is in my prayers at this most difficult time.
