Fran, Antoinette, Mary and Lauren,

This is so unreal and has not quite

sunk in it. I don't have the words

to tell you how bad we feel.

Bob was a best friend to both of us,and you are like family to our

family. I remember all the good times we had, we have been through

so much in the last 25 or more years that we have been friends.

You all will always be family to

us, we will never forget Bob. He is

the only person I know that could

laugh so hard at himself. Bob, the

Shell answer man, was one of a kind.

Love,

Joe and Pat

Dear Ralston family, I had the honor and pleasure of working with your husband and father at Newark for ten years. I learned a great deal from him. He was a wonderful mentor and gave me the opportunity to work in the product management organization. I am no longer at Newark, but the work experience I gained was instrumental in my current position. He was well known in the industry. He will be truly missed. I am so sorry for your loss. Your family is in my thoughts and prayers.

Best regards,
