Betty: I only had the pleasure of talking to you a handful of times, but I first met Bob in 1979, and worked with him at DOJ. He and I occasionally saw each other during his time at the Tax Court. I am deeply saddened by his passing. Hie carried his extraordinary intellect so lightly, and his quiet smile revealed a gentle and warm spirit. Steve Frahm
