(nee Mazur), loving father of Judy (Randy) Conrad, Jack (Rene), Joanne (Bob) Mitchell and Jeff Sr. (Julie), dearest grandfather of Brent (Jen) Conrad, Peter (Sara) Hannigan, Bob Hannigan, Courtney Conrad, John Kosiek, Katie Kosiek, Jillian Mitchell, Alyssa Kosiek, Andrew Mitchell, Amanda Kosiek, Scott Mitchell, Jeff Kosiek Jr. and Jacob Kosiek, great-grandfather of Allison Conrad and Miles Conrad, fond brother of the late Jean Kosiek. Member of Quigley Council K of C and American Legion. Funeral Monday, June 5, 2006, 9:45 a.m., from Szykowny Funeral Home, Jonathan F. Siedlecki Director, 4901 S. Archer Ave. (1 blk. As a Dental Assistant for Dr.Jerome R. Bona from l964 to l979, I got to know your father whenever he came in for his dental work. What a wonderful and caring man he was. My condolences to the family.

I have many fond memories of your Dad and Mom. It was a match made in heaven. They're probably looking down and taking great satisfaction knowing they raised four great children. My sympathy.

Dr. Kosiek was our family dentist from about 1975 until he retired.
We will always remember his kindness, sense of humor, and that great laugh of his. And, of course, his love of fishing!

My condolences to Bob's family. I last saw Bob at the 50th anniversary reunion of St. Barbara's class of 1938 in 1988. I will always remember Bob as a great classmate.
