Just can't believe it's been a year already. Hope things are going well up there. I think of you as the Tollway is a different place then it was when you were there. I miss our friendship and wacky times.

Dear Cousin Bob,
I was blessed to have you in my family Bob. I will miss our conversations about what we had in common which was Sailing and S.I.U. Where you are there is no more pain or suffering only joy and happiness. God Bless you . . .until we meet again on those streets of Gold. Love, Cousin Leslie

Cousin Bob -
Thanks for reminding us that sometimes you have to go where the wind takes you. And sometimes that course is not always yours to choose. We love you and will miss you!

To Bob, a great friend, buddy, and sailor. The 26th Street gang will miss you. You leave an open space in all our hearts. But you will remain in our hearts and memories till the last. Keep your sails
filled with a good wind, your bilge pumped dry,and fresh water on board. We will all be sailing with you across those blue waters in due time.
Good bye my true and trusted friend, till we meet again at heavens shores.

Cousin Bob,

I will miss you a lot. I will always remember your enthusiastic attitude during our conversations.

You taught me quite a few things that I will never forget such as washing down the lawn with soapy water before you fertilize to make the grass green up faster. It really worked! You also taught me how to sail at a young age. I appreciate the fact that you never thought I was too young to help raise the sails and pilot the sailboat. You are in good hands now. Until we meet again, rest well.

In memory of our Cousin Bob...it was great to have known you and have you around as I was growing up with my siblings and my parents Don and Sharon Novotny. You always had a great way of telling stories that made them so entertaining and fun to listen to...no matter what the subject! That is what I will remember most about you. My you rest in peace and truly enjoy yourself free from pain and suffering. You were taken from us too early, but maybe God needed someone new up there with him to share great stories with. You are truly missed on earth, but now you are at peace.

For Bob!!!
Wow, you were so brave and surprised us in EVERY crisis. You gave it your ALL. I was so proud of you when you were able to talk at
RML...eat on your own at ALDEN and then Survive Round 2. Trach/Feeding
tube, etc.

This experience has 'touched me Bob'. I was so proud you thought
enough of me to 'let me call the shots' for you. Even though it was
a challenge, it was an honor.

I loved you and will miss you.
