Greske, Robert S. age 87, US Navy Veteran of World War II, beloved husband of Gertrude (nee Wisniewski), devoted father of Barbara (James) Demas, Diane (Thomas) Turek, Ronald (Tiffany Eggeman), and Thomas (Janet), loving grandfather of Jennifer, Jill, Kari, Julie, Gail, Megan, Jonathan, Brian, Jessica, Steven, Jay, Chase, and great-grandfather of seven. Over 40 years of service with Marshall Field & Co. Member of Sacred Heart Fun Club and Palos Hills New Horizons. Bob was also an avid Bears and White Sox Fan. Visitation Friday, 3:00 to 9:00 p.m. at the Palos-Gaidas Funeral Home, 11028 S. Southwest Hwy. (7700W), Palos Hills. Funeral Saturday, 9:00 a.m. from the funeral home to Sacred Heart Church for 10:00 a.m. Mass. Interment Resurrection Cemetery. Dad you were always good to us and our children and grandchildren. We all love you and will miss you terribly. We have some great memories; a lifetime of memories. You touched many lives and had a great sense of humor. Lovingly your daughter, Barb, Jim and family.

It was a pleasure to know Bob. He was a fun guy especially on his bus trips and was always kidding with the bingo ladies. He knew how to make me laugh even when I was losing! I will miss his smile at the Senior Clubs. Bob would always ask how my hubby was doing when he didn't come to a club meeting. I hope heaven has a bingo hall for you Bob......Our thoughts and prayers for you Gert and your family.
