Crosby, Robert C. age 70 Ret. Lt. C.F.D. and U.S. Army Veteran. Beloved husband of 42 years to Barbara J. (nee Hurth), devoted father of Robert (Teresa), Thomas (Jennifer), Phillip and Karen (James) Miller, proud grandfather of Christopher, Grace, Cecilia, Bobby, Andrew, Joseph, Claire, Francesca and Vincent, loving brother of John Crosby, late Edward (late Regina) Crosby, late James (Patricia) Crosby, late Marilyn (William) White, cherished uncle of many nieces and nephews. Funeral Monday 9:15 a.m. from Thompson and Kuenster Funeral Home, 5570 W. 95th St., Oak Lawn to Most Holy Redeemer Church for 10:00 a.m. Mass. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Visitation 3 to 9 p.m. Sunday. In lieu of flowers donations to the American Cancer Society, 17060 Oak Park Avenue, Tinley Park, IL 60477 would be appreciated. 708-425-0500.

Micki and I just now found out of Bobs passing, we are so sorry. He was a great friend to me when I really needed one.
Bob, Tom, Phil, Karen what a dad you had!

Our deepest and most heartfelt sympathies are with the entire Crosby family at this time. Mike and I will always remember the fun and friendship you showed Jessica while Karen and she were in school together. We always knew she was in good hands with the Crosby's around. Bob will be missed by everyone that knew him and will be remembered as a good man who loved his friends and family. Our prayers are with you all at this time.
