1/7/10

I always enjoyed the conversations I had with Bob whenever I called the office to talk to my brother. Bob would answer the phone in his customary cheery, calm voice, and always exchange a few pleasantries and more than a few jokes, many of which I can’t repeat here. I looked forward to the e-mails he sent, always funny, always insightful and ironic, and often, again, unrepeatable.

Bob was an unforgettable character. It was an accident of fate, a strange confluence of events, that made us friends. But I am grateful for that strange confluence of events. Bob was a good man and a good friend.

Our prayers are with Bob and with his family; you have lost a great one.

Bob

Your passing has left a huge hole in my heart. Thank you for being my friend and mentor for the past 12 years. You are a one of a kind guy who can never be replaced. For the rest of my life I will have fond memories of the times and frienship that we shared. You have touched my life in more ways than you will ever know. You will be missed by my family, Brandi, and I. I look forward to ... 'Till We Meet Again'

Uncle Bob
I still can't believe that you are gone. Mike and I are going to miss you so much. I will miss all of your great stories and who knows if any of them were true, but you know Mike always believed all of them. I am so lucky that we became close and that I got to meet you granddaughters. My life would not be complete without Christina and Nikki and for that I love you with all my heart. May you rest in peace and be our guardian angle!
With all my love,
Judy
