Beloved husband of the late Louise (nee Schmidt); loving father of Robert M., Debbie (Harry) Buerger, Bradley, Mary (Greg) Hartshorn and Byron (Patricia); dear grandfather of John (Natalie) Thorpe, Tom Thorpe, Douglas (Nikki) Thorpe, Sara Andreas and Andrew Hartshorn; great-grandfather of Hanna, Autumn, Johnny and McKenzie Thorpe; fond brother of late Frank (late Val), late Rudy (late Olga) and late Harry (late Eleanore) Andreas. Sorry to hear of the passing of Coach Andreas. I played on the Flyers in 68 when we won state. He was an inspiring and tough coach who knew the game and brought together a tough group to be the best.
