Uncle Dick was truly one of the nicest people I have known in my lifetime. It always amazed me how postive and upbeat he always was,no matter challenges he was facing at the time.

Whenever we spoke, his first words were always of concern about how we were doing and others.

He was a brilliant, kind and loving person and his presence in this world was a gift to all who had the honor of knowing him. We will miss him.

Our thoughts and prayers are with you,

Much love, Sara and Courtney

We send our sympathy in the loss of your beloved husband, father, step-father,grandpa, great-grandpa, brother and friend.

Richard was a very kind and gentle man.

We wish to honor him by recalling his bravery during World War II when

the plane he was flying was shot down over Germany resulting in his being taken a prisoner of war. We honor him for his courage and devotion to our country and the cause for peace.

He was truly and good man who will be sorely missed by all who knew and loved him.

Sincerely with love and sympathy,

Rose and Carl Lang
