Maka Sr., Richard J. age 81, U.S. Army veteran of WWII and the Korean War. Beloved husband of the late Angelina (nee Virgilio), loving father of Joseph (Edith), Angelo, Richard Jr. (Luisa) and Nancy (Joseph) Sannasardo, devoted grandfather of Jenna (Peter) Soncek, Alyse, Margaret, Luke, Sam, Allison, and Mia, dear brother of Dolores (Richard) Zielinski, uncle of many. Funeral Friday, 8:45 a.m., from the Richard-Midway Funeral Home, 5749 Archer Ave., (corner of Lorel), to Our Lady of the Snows Church for 9:30 a.m. Mass. Entombment Resurrection Garden Mausoleum.
