Dad, it has been just over a month and losing you is still so tender in my heart. It will be until we meet again in heaven. The greatest comfort I have is knowing you came back to faith in God and you'll be there waiting when we enter His kingdom. I'm sorry you won't see your grandkids grow. Russ, Becky, and I have taken all you've given us and will be that and more for them. I love and miss you, Dad. Thank you for being my Dad.

I have worked with Rich at the V.F.W. for years, and I will miss him very much. There is no one who laughs anywhere near like he did. We have all at one time or another tried to dupicate it, but it just never sounded even close. Rich was as honest man with a kind heart. I just wanted you all to know that he is truly missed. Thank you for letting me be able to send my words to you. Will be praying for you all, with heartfelt sympathy.

Please accept our deepest sympathy. My husband & I both attended Immaculate Conception School with Richard and my husband also attended DeLaSalle with him. We last saw Richard just a couple of years ago when he attended the Brighton Park reunion. We all had such a wonderful time. We will keep him and all of you in our thoughts and prayers. Again, please accept our sympathy.

In My Pocket
I have memories in my pocket.
They rattle among the change.
My memories of you are treasures I carry wherever I go.
They are stored in bits and pieces, parts of a beautiful whole
They give me comfort when I think I am alone.
Yes, I have memories in my pocket, like so much other stuff I keep there.
But of all the treasures I have, it’s the memories of you that are the most precious.
