Dear Rich,

I am so sorry to hear of your loss, and, wish I could have been at the funeral to express my condolences in person. Lisa told me the funeral Mass was beautiful what a wonderful tribute to an extraordinary man. Over the years I had only a few occasions to meet him, but, as many have said in here, he had such a vibrant personality... I remember him well. Stay close to your family and your faith and his memory will live forever until you meet him again. Take care of yourself and know that you are in my thoughts and prayers. Love, Kelly

Dear Alice,

Needless to say how very, very sorry we are in loss of your wonderful husband Rich!

What great memories we have of all the wonderful times we had thru the years on 81st Street!

Whether in the neighborhood or at the car wash Rich would always greet you with a Big Smile and his concern about the other person was such an admirable trait. Always a Class "A" Guy whom everyone admired!

He's in a better place now and we're sure our Good Lord and His Angels are waching over him!

Our thoughts and prayers are with you and all the family,

Love, Ed and Martha Guth

Dear Alice and Dukelow family;

Many years have passed scince I last saw Duke with his pal Jim Shannon at Joe Greco's Restaurant, he still was full of fun and a happy go lucky guy that I had known when he played basketball at Harper High. My late sister Grace was in his same class year

and she always remarked that Duke was always a true gentleman and fun to be around. My deepest sympathy to all the Dukelow family.

Dear Dukelow Family:

What a wonderful man! I loved stopping by the car wash and seeing Duke. I never knew how he made money when all he did was give free car washes to all his friends.

He was always so genuinely interested in my life and how I was doing. He was the consummate gentleman, and truly one of the most generous people I have known. God Bless you Mr. Dukelow you will be missed.

Dear Dukelows,

Our thoughts and prayers are with all of you at this time. I have such great memories of our families together on the Glenwood Springs pier and getting boat rides on the lake. Your dad had THE BEST laugh I've ever heard! Love to you all at this time.

Dear Alice and Dukelow Family,

We want to express our sincere condolences on the loss of "Duke."

If our Dad were here, he would want us to say what a great guy and friend your Dad was to him. They shared a lot being policemen, and they had wonderful laughs together.

We were remembering Duke coming to our house at 79th and Troy helping our Mom and Dad get better insurance and advice on annuities. I remember your Dad helping me open my first annuity when I first began to teach.

Your Dad always had a big smile for the Callahans, whether we saw him at the car wash or walking his dog along Orlan Brook Drive.

We know what a sad time this is for all of you and we will keep you in our prayers.

We can only imagine our Dad standing right behind St. Peter, welcoming Duke into heaven. What a time they will have together!

Thinking of all of you with love,

Jane, Barb, Bob and Maribeth Callahan
