Degitis, Richard J. retired C.P.D., dearly beloved husband of Marcella Fahey Degitis, loving father of Kathy (Unal) Ozenc, Richard (Diane) Degitis, Peggy (Mike) Burke, Thomas (Cathy) Degitis and the late Robert and Maureen, cherished grandfather of Keith (Maggie) Burke, Eric Burke, Rana Ozenc and Michelle, Matthew, Michael, Eddie and Kevin Degitis, greatest Papa of Corey, Kyleigh and Norah Burke, devoted son of the late Ben and Mae Degitis, dear brother of the late Ben Jr. (Margaret) Degitis, fond brother-in-law of the late Jack (Barbara) Fahey. Funeral Monday, 8:45 a.m., from Blake-Lamb Funeral Home, 4727 W. 103rd St., Oak Lawn, to St. Christina Church. Mass 9:30 a.m. Interment St. Mary Cemetery. Visitation Sunday, 2 to 9 p.m. In lieu of flowers, contributions to St. Christina Building Fund would be appreciated. For info., call 708-636-1193
