Army Veteran beloved husband of the late Estelle (nee Sienko), loving father of Diane Custer, Karen (Robert) Buralli, Katherine (Douglas) Walls, Kenneth Custer, Harriet (Chris) McCloskey, Jennifer (Scott Sr.) Mlyniec and Rosemary (Troy) LaMont, cherished son of Alice and the late Harry Custer, dear grandfather of Anthony, Michael, Christopher, Daniel, Ashley, Jacob, Jeremy, Christopher, David, Amanda, Rebecca, Scott Jr. and Mia, fond brother of Marianne (Milton) Olkiewicz, also survived by nieces and nephews. Funeral Saturday, 12:45 p.m. from Damar Funeral Home, 7861 S. 88th Ave. (2 miles west of 79th & Harlem), Justice, IL, to St. Joseph's Church, Summit, IL, Mass 1:30 p.m. Interment Resurrection Cemetery.
