We miss you everyday, the Holidays are always harder. I'm having a hard time making the bread. I did show Megan, but we only did it once. You would get a kick out of all the boys. Your grandson turns 24 this next BD. He is so tall.
So hard to believe you mom and dad are all gone and it's really been a long time.
love you

I'm doing good too!....getting ready for the Holidays, wish I had some of your bread, I quess I'm going to have to try making it myself, I did it once when mom was alive.
Sorry you had to leave us, you were in a good place and I know you were happy!

Couldn't sleep last night, you came to my mind all night.....are you trying to communicate with me...feeling very uneasy!! Having a hard time with your death this morning had to get up at 4am just to look at your pic's don't really have any recent ones of you, I'll have to get some.
You can always come to me in my dreams, kinda wish I had more dreams some people can remember their dreams so vividly....Only sometimes can I remember them, wish I had more dreams of mom and dad too, only once in awhile and not very often!

Angela gave us these really nice calendars that she had made up for Xmas full of pictures of us growing up. You would have loved your calendar; I keep mine next to my desk and look at it every day...she really is a talented artist, "just like mom"
It's snowing here this morning, it's pretty but I'm ready for winter to be over with, don't know what I'll do if Larry every gets rid of that plow. Don’t see that happening any time soon (thank god) I guess I'd have to pay someone because my shoveling days are over!
Write to you another day

Loveya and miss you

One of Rich's favorite sayings was "Who loves you babe." Alot of people loved him. He was a very giving person, and will be dearly missed. My thoughts and prayers I extend to the family. I know he enjoyed the last couple of years. I hope everyone remembers the good memories Richard left us all.

I will miss you my brother, I am sadden by this loss and will always wonder what happened! I so wish you could have had more time hear with us. Your home in Missouri was your happiness and I'm so glad you enjoyed it; your golf buddies will miss you.

I have so many memories, like the day you left for Guam, April 21, 1967 the day of the tornado, your going away party, the many times you came home on leave and suprise us all! the day you took us horseback riding (I was scared of that horse). Your Wedding, me passing out at the altar and Mariann passing out at the reception.

The day Angela was born, California! you took us everywhere, you even taught Angela and Danny how to swim. So many wonderful memories. I could go on and on.
Our hearts are broken and we will be missing You, Mom and Dad this Holiday. We sure had the best Christmases growing up, Mom and Dad made sure of that (you'll be with them this year).

Rest in Peace, You loved us all and we loved you. Until we meet again I know I’ll be ok when I see that big smile on your face in my dreams

I have alot of great memories of Rich. I will always be thankful that he invited me to play golf with him and the electritions on Tuesdays for ten years. He taught me everything there is to know about the game of golf. We played many courses and always had fun. He was a wittness to my only hole in one at Stoney Creek Golf course Oaklawn Il Easter Morning. A egg in my baskit. April 16 1995 on the 3rd hole. I think he was more excited than I was. We even played in the Eskimo open in January at Cog Hill with Larry Lujack in the snow. Rich was a true friend and would give you the shirt of his back if you needed it. When he baked his bread he would always make me some. And he would make great dinners and invite me over to eat with him offen. His door was always open to me. I will miss him dearly. I love ya man. God bless. Rest in Pease cuz and I will meet you someday on that great course in the sky.

From the boot camp days to Guam, Vietnam, and all the other places we've been, we'll see you again one day and share another smile, laugh and perhaps even a tear. God Speed my friend, I'm going to miss you.

It's really nice to hear everyone's memories of my dad, 75% of them involve golf! You know he was a really good bowler and he loved chess too :) And his crossword puzzles, I hope my Grandpa and him are able to do them together again. I'm so thankful that he found so much peace and happiness over the last couple of years and got to spend so much time with the love of his life...the golf course! I hope he's having an even better time wherever he is now, I'm going to miss him immensely. *hope I get some divine intervention when I attempt to make bread next week*

Love ya's~ Angela
