Chase, Richard F. of Elmhurst, found peace March 2, 2007. U.S. Marine Corps Veteran, Korean Conflict. Loving husband of Mary Jo (nee Townsley), dear father of Kent Chase and the late Scott (survived by Michelle) Chase, cherished grandfather of Austin, Kelsey and Morgan, brother of Shirley (the late Jim) Cartledge and the late Cullie Chase, devoted uncle of many. At the Pedersen-Ryberg Mortuary, 435 N. York Rd., Elmurst (three blks. N. of North Ave.), where friends may visit Wednesday, March 7th, 3 to 9 p.m. Laying in state Thursday, March 8th, at Immanuel Lutheran Church, Third and Michigan Sts., Elmhurst, from 10 a.m. until time of services at 11 a.m. Interment private.
