My uncle Rick was a great guy. He was a loved father, son, brother husband and in-law and a coach to many. Hundreds of people came to the wake, and that shows he was friend to many. Although he is gone but his spirit lives on. I know there will always be a space in my heart for him.
I love you guys and you know I will alway be there for you( Aunt deb, Tracey, Tam, Ricky, and Rye)

My Dad was a great man all arond. He always cared for everyone. Whoever he met or whoever he shared a conversation w/ he just did not develop a relationship w/ them he developed a love for them. My Dad was a responsible, caring and loving father. He did whatver it took to make his family and his kids suceed. He was a great guy and a great Dad. I am still so shocked that this happend to him and my family. No one deserves what we are going thru w/ this loss. I thank all of you for all our your nice comments about my Dad and we hold a special place in our hearts for each and everyone of you. God Bless

For such a short life he impacted so many people. As your pain and sorrow continue, take solice that the legacy he left behind is not only exhibited through you, his children, and through his loving wife, who was there no matter what, but through the hundreds of children and families whose lives he touched. Though his physical presence may be no longer he is with each of you for eternity in spirit.
With deepest sorrow.

Dear Debbie and Family,
Our family is very saddened by your loss. Rick will be missed by many. We are all so shocked. Know that he has made a lasting impression in the kids that he was involved with. He will always hold a special place in Steven's heart as one of his "favorite" basketball coaches. A real role model!
Our thoughts and prayers are with you.

To the Bornhiem family I, offer my deepest regrets on your lost. I've met Rick, thru Little League over the years and he was someone I, came to respect because of the way he way he conducted himself on the field. He started doing ballgames for me a few years ago and became one my best and respected umpires, that's what the leagues we work for told me. I know he will be missed by the other guys that worked for me and the kids that liked the way he called thier games.
