Sanfilippo R.N., Regina "Lee" (nee Lewandowski), July 22, 2008, age 84, loving mother of Pamela (Harry) Pellegrin, D'Ette (Lawrence) McCormick and Edward (Judith) Klotz, cherished grandmother of Jasonn, Nicholas and Diana. Beloved sister of late Fred Lewandowski and late Marion Janeliunas. Funeral services Friday, 10 a.m., at the Petkus Lemont Funeral Home, 12401 S. Archer Ave., Lemont, IL, to St. Bernard's Church for Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 a.m. Entombment Queen of Heaven Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial offerings to Heart Foundation will be deeply appreciated. Visitation Thursday, 3 to 9 p.m. 800-994-7600 or www.petkusfuneralhomes.com
