Husband of the late Mary (nee Gersey); Father of Randall of Phoenix, AZ; Brother of the late Eugenia (Bernard) Garczynski, the late Evelyn (Stanley) Tomal and the late Helene (Anthony) Prindes. Member of Park Ridge VFW Post 3579. Visitation Sunday, September 23, 3:00 to 9:00pm at Malec and Sons Funeral Home, 6000 N. Milwaukee Ave. Chicago. Funeral Monday, beginning with prayers at the funeral home at 9:45am proceeding to Saint Ferdinand Church for Mass at 10:30am. Interment will follow at Queen of Heaven Cemetery, Hillside, IL.
