Vet of WW II, age 88, beloved husband of Elsie (nee Wungluck), dear father of Raymond Jr. (Mary Ann), loving grandfather of Mary Ann (Bill) Bach, Mary Lynn (Steve) Calgaro and Mary Jo (Glenn) Van Sipma and great-grandfather of Mary Katherine, Nicholas, Billy, Nicholas, Mary Beth and Rhonda, dear brother of the late Michael. Lying-in-state Wednesday, at Mt. Greenwood Lutheran Church, 10911 S. Trumbull, 10 a.m. until time of service at 10:30 a.m. Interment Chapel Hill Gardens South. Retired CTA Bus Driver with 40 years of service. Visitation Tuesday, 3 to 9 p.m., at Beverly Ridge Funeral Home, 10415 S. Kedzie, 773-779-4411.

Heartfelt thoughts and prayers are with you on the loss of Uncle Ray. Although we live far apart, our memories are many and the stories told by my father, Mike, will live on in all of us and continue to make us laugh! Please accept our condolences and love.
