Ray, Jeannie, and Vanessa,
I feel so much pain inside for your loss. RJ was a wonderful person and he will be missed by all. I know that he touched a lot of people's lives, not just mine. He was a great person and he will always be treasured in my heart.
Much love,
Lesley

Ray, Jeannie and Vanessa,
I watched RJ grow-up right along side Allyson, through 9 years at St Hugh and through 4 years at Nazareth. There was never a time that I saw him where he didn't greet me with a smile and "Hello, Mrs Marszalek", always polite and respectful. The memory of smiling red headed RJ will always bring a smile to my face. Our thoughts are with you and your family.

Having been gone from Lyons for some 11 years, I still think of R.J. and his buddies as the young kids in class at St. Hugh, serving Mass at St. Hugh, riding their bikes, in Little League, all the things that kids do. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.

A couple years ago we wanted to build a deck on our house and R.J. was the person we called. He was more than happy to help a friend, he always was. The day came when we were to start and R.J. shows up with a broken foot, he could have said he couldn't do it, but I was his friend and he helped me. That is the kind of guy R.J. was. I'll remember him as a good friend and the biggest Blackhawks fan I knew. I'll miss him and think of him often. God Bless.

Ray, Jeannie, & Vanessa,
I was so heart-broken to hear of the loss of RJ. For the 20 years I have known him, he has been nothing less than a wonderful and kind person. You could always count on RJ to make you smile or laugh when you needed it most. I will treasure the childhood memories I have of growing up together. Please accept our deepest sympathies. Our hearts go out to you and the rest of your family.
Love,
Shaun and Allyson (Marszalek) Martin
