I am so sorry to hear of Ray's passing. He was one of my dad's dear friends from the old McKinley Park neighborhood of Chicago. Ray got me my first job at the Clerk's Office. His life really blossomed when he met and married Peggy. I'll always have fond memories of Ray and the things he taught me about politics and government. My condolences to his family.
