Mr. Ortega I'm so sorry for your sudden passing, sir. Many of us are saddened deeply and you will be missed. You've done so much for many of us at NWIHT. May you rest in peace sir.

We were blessed to have been given the opportunity to get to know you. You touched many lives while you were here. As your friends, relatives, and family mourn your loss, know that you will always be remembered and never forgotten.

Mr. Ortega will be greatly missed. He was a wonderful man to have known. He was always encouraging and had high expectations for me and batch 10. He was one at school that had many roles and his presents will be truly missed. There's one thing he asked me to do the last time he saw me a few weeks ago. And that was to make sure I call him and yell in the phone "I passed", because he said he knew I would pass my NCLEX examine. Mr.Ortega may your soul rest in peace.

I am Rosendo"Ross"Rellita,I had the chance to know Raoul for a long time being his classmate since first year in our College of Nursing until the last days of his life,we were roommate in the boarding house until we graduated college,I knew him to be loving and caring individual,he always mentions his family everytime we share meals,I know his Mom is Agapita and he treasures her very much,he mentioned his brother Agaver whom he look up to and his little sister Haidee whom he adores,when we graduated we both worked as clinical instructor but in different universities but that did not hinder our friendship,I migrated to USA and I encouraged him to migrate as well,he is larger than life,always positive in all our undertakings,we're like push and pull when things go wrong,he is a dreamer and an achiever in academics,he won't settle for anything less,Raoul is a good son,the best brother,a teacher,the Dean,a mentor,a councelor,a guide,he draws well,but above all a best friend,in behalf of University of Cebu(Cebu Central Colleges-Chong Hua Hospital) College of Nursing 1990,I offer my deepest sympathy to the bereaved family of Mr.Raoul Ortega,you will always be remembered.
