Rafael was a man of great integrity and character. Few people in my life have demonstrated true courage. He was quiet and thoughtful...full of deep conviction. And, he had a wonderful sense of humor. He had many qualities to admire and gave much of himself.

Sonia, it is with sadness that I share this. His love for you was most apparent.
