Raenita A. Kownacki, nee Luschek, 80, of Inverness, IL. Lifelong educator and follower of Christ.
Beloved wife of the late John Martin and the late Ralph Kownacki. Loving mother of Christopher J. (Angela) Martin, Michael J. Martin, the late James J. Martin, Francis (Susan) Kownacki, Janet (Allen) Kownacki and Paul Kownacki. Cherished grandmother of Margaret, Zeke and Christian Martin and Cecilia Kownacki. Dear sister of Mary Jo (Fred) Krohn and sister-in-law of Marion Tuttle. Fond aunt of Julia (Brian) Cushing and Rick Krohn.

Visitation Wednesday, October 18, 2023, from 10 AM until time of Funeral Mass At 11 AM at Holy Family Church, 2515 W. Palatine Road, Inverness. Interment will be private. 847-359-8020 or www.smithcorcoran.com.

Raenita was a neighbor, who we very much enjoyed knowing. She always wore a smile and had a warm and friendly greeting for us. She was just the kind of person you would wish for as a neighbor. We're so so sorry to have lost her, and we send our condolences to her family. We miss her! Judy & Allan
