Rae Marie, was about 15 when I moved next door to the Ruzich's. I have had the privilge of seeing her grow into a fine young Woman, Wife and Mother. It deeply saddens me that I will not hear that cheerful hello or see that smile when she comes by her Moms. But, God has his own plan for her. She is smiling down on everyone now.
Take comfort in knowing that now you have a special guardian angel to watch over you.
My deepest sympathy to the famiy's

I am thinking of you all, and hope you know Rae is missed and touched so many of us in different ways. Rae was herself with her warm heart and up beat attitude-always smiling or laughing at something...You were blessed to have such an awesome gal in your family! Enjoy the holidays knowing she may not be physically with you but she will be with you always watching over the whole clan...

Mrs. Ruzich, I grew up in Hometown and you were my cheerleading coach so I know all of your family. I was shocked 6 months ago when my sister Caryn told me of Rae's situation. It seemed so unfair. Rae was always such a happy and giving person who was a friend to everyone she met. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your special family at this time of great sorrow.

Rae Rae- When I think of you I think "Sunshine, happiness and family". Your face always lit up when you visited with someone you had not seen in awhile and your voice lifted as you greeted them. You always had such enthusiasm and kindness radiated from you. Anyone who ever knew you knows how important family always was to you. Our hearts are heavy but the angels are laughing and joyful for they are in good company. You were taken from this world far too soon but it is a better place for your having been in it.

We also enjoyed many years of cheering our kids on in sports together. Rae definitely was always smiling and pleasant when we would see each other. Our prayers and thoughts are with all of the Smith/Ruzich families.

I knew Rae growing up in Hometown, played in the Khoury League. I met her again several years later when I moved back to Hometown with my family. Rae was always upbeat, pleasant, always had a smile on her face. I haven't seen Rae in quite a while, but I am sure she met her challenge with courage. Rae may have lost the fight, but we must not give up on the battle. May your memories fill you with pride in having such a wonderful person like Rae share your life.
