Phyllis Willis Obituary

Willis, Phyllis Anne age 74, passed away on March 29, 2005, at the British Home. She was a longtime resident of Chicago, loving mother of James L. Willis, fond sister of Dorothy Hartmann. Ms. Willis will be remembered for her service to the community as a school nurse with the Chicago public schools. She will be missed by all. A memorial service will be held April 16, 2005, at 11 a.m., at St. Turibius Church, 5646 S. Karlov. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Less Turner ALS Foundation, would be appreciated.
