We want to express our condoleance to Bruce, Lucille and Kay about Great Aunt Phyllis death. As husband and daughter of her great niece Hilary, we had the pleasure of knowing her talent and fascinating approach to life. Every time we met her in Chicago she showed her loving attachment and it was so nice of her to find always a moment to meet us. We shall miss her but we shall keep her memory alive with love.

We extend our deepest sympathy to Bruce, Lucille and Kay in loving memory of our amazing aunt, Phyllis.
She will always be remembered for her zest for life, her many, many talents and wise counsel which were awe-inspiring. We greatly enjoyed being with her as there was always something to learn, whether it was
a new slant on something old, or exploring new outlooks. We delighted in her wonderful cooking and endless hospitality, in attending art events where her work was exhibited, in traveling to Italy, particularly to Rome, to be with her and Uncle Chuck as they introduced us to their dearly loved adopted city.
Phyllis was adventurous--traveling all over the world and bringing back wonderful stories of her adventures. She always put a creative eye and her talent to work to make the world a more fascinating and exciting place. She delighted in our children and introduced them to her world and her love for them was a joy.
We have wonder-full, wonderful memories of a most amazing person and feel extremely blessed to have been part of her life. We shall miss this fabulous person, her energy, enthusiasm, sense of adventure and many talents, all of which were an inspiration to us.
In loving memory,
Jacquie Brave, Chicago and Barbara Lief, Rome

Dear
Bruce and Lucille….
I was very sad to hear about Aunt Phyllis’s death,
I loved her very very much and enjoyed knowing her. Although she was my
great Aunt – to me she was Aunt Phyllis and that is what mattered! I am so
happy that I was able to spend some time with her at her house this past
December, when I was in Chicago. As always we had lots to talk about while
eating bagels.... I have so many fond fond memories! I will miss her very
much and my thoughts are with you!
Much love,
Suzy

Dear Bruce, We wish to extend our heartfelt sympathies. Dan and I have fond memories of your very talented parents. Dan would also like to express his appreciation for having the opportunity to work as Charlie's associate for many years. In addition, we have a lovely piece of sculptor to remind us of mom's artistic expressions. Just this summer, we were very impressed with mom's beautiful sculptor at Ravinia. What a wonderful tribute to your dad.

Hello Bruce,
I am Louie Christopher's daughter and fondly remember your parents. Phyllis was very talented and charming. The Christopher family has many "Kresnoff's" in its art collection. My favorite of your mother's works is the Madonna and Child she did in bronze. My sister's favorite is "And the Family Gathers". My prayers are with you.
