Apolsky, Phyllis M. (nee Goldman), age 72, beloved wife of Steven, loving mother of Holly Mack and Scott Mack (fiancee Kim Kwak), cherished grandmother of Danielle, Jack, Cade, Sara, and Gabriel, dear sister of Elaine Wallach and the late Marvin Goldman, fond aunt of many nieces and nephews. Graveside service Monday, 1 p.m., at Shalom Memorial Park, 1700 W. Rand Rd. (at Wilke), Arlington Heights.
