Pollack, Philip 83, passed away October 19, 2005. Cherished husband of the late Sybil, devoted father of Alan (Linda), Mark and Ross (Ania), loving grandfather of Michael, Alison, Benjamin, Adam, Steven and Jonathan, dear brother of Meyer (Ruth) and the late Ben (the late Esther), fond uncle to many. Graveside service Friday, 10:30 a.m. at Westlawn Cemetery, 7801 W. Montrose, Chicago. In lieu of flowers, contributions to the charity of your choice info Piser Funeral Service, 847-679-4740.
