Mangiaracina, age 96, Decorated US Army Veteran, beloved husband of the late Rose; loving father of Anthony (Diane Chaps), Janet (Robert) Petkus, Karen (Brian) Accola and Philip (Theresa) Mangiaracina; caring Papa of Julie (Eric) Freiberg, Anthony (Deanna), Alexa Greif, Taylor (Trevor) Schmitt, Rosie, Frank (fiancé Amanda), Grace, Drake, Philip, Vincenzo; dear great Papa of Gianna, Vincenzo, Lucy, Henry and one on the way. Visitation Thursday 9:00 A.M. until time of Prayers at 10:15 A.M. at Lawn Funeral Home, 7732 W. 159th St. Orland Park to St. Michael Church Mass 11:00 A.M. Interment St. Mary Cemetery. Papa, so many great memories of family gatherings in Orland and Naperville, luckily have many pics to keep those memories alive. From eating neck bones and sugo, to calamari and soppressata, finished off w/ Sambuca & coffee beans. So glad you got to see the Cubs finally win the WS; had to wait till you were 87! You can rest now and be with Rose again. Ciao

I'm going to miss big Phil! He was such a good man, I always loved him and his family! I know that I will see him again in Heaven. We will keep the family in our prayers!
