Philip Bonner Obituary

Bonner, Philip Gregory Was a life force, an original, a man who loved his family much and was much loved in return. He passed away on August 29, 2014 after a brief, courageous battle with cancer. He is survived by brother, Stanley Bonner and sister-in-law, Elnora; sister, Lynne Bergero; daughter, Melissa Barnes and husband, Will Barnes II; his grandchildren, Raven, Willie Barnes III, Keith, and Trinity, and great-granddaughter, Brooklyn; nephew, Steven Green; sister-in-law, Pamela Green; and numerous relatives and friends. Memorial Service followed by Repast will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 6th at Hyde Park Union Church, 5600 S. Woodlawn, Chicago, IL.
