Peter Kardaras, age 49, of Morton Grove passed unexpectedly. He was the beloved husband of Sara (nee Sorensen); loving son of Theodora (the late Gus); dear brother of Eva Irene. Loving son-in-law of Scott (Terri) Sorensen. Cherished nephew of Akrivi (George) Papagiannis, Angelis (Petroula) Berios, Elpida (Paraskevas) Evangelinos, and Constantina Berios, Linda (Michael) Bill, Steven (Peggy) Schofield, Janet Robbins, and David (Glenda) Sorensen. Loyal brother-in-law of Tracy Sorensen (Keith) and Amy (Brett) Krueger. Proud uncle of Eric, Zachary, Riley, and Kallie. Cousin and friend to many. Visitation Thursday, Aug. 4th from 4-9 PM at Smith-Corcoran Funeral Home 6150 N. Cicero Ave. Chicago, IL 60646. Family and friends will meet Friday, Aug. 5th for a visitation from 9:30 AM until time of service at 10 AM at St. Haralambos Greek Orthodox Church 7373 N. Caldwell Ave, Niles, IL 60714.
